Anadanthy builds AI assistants for appointment-based businesses. Privacy isn't a legal afterthought for us — it's part of the product. Here is exactly what happens with your information, written the way we'd want it explained to us.

This website

• Demo-request form: the form opens an email in your own mail app, pre-filled with what you typed. Nothing is stored on a server — we only receive what you choose to send, as a normal email.
• Fonts: the site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google. That's the only third-party request this site makes.
• Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which (like any host) may keep standard server logs for security and operations.

Our AI products (deployed for client businesses)

When a business deploys our AI receptionist, smart inbox, or website chat, the AI processes conversations on that business's behalf to do its job — answer questions, capture a callback request, draft a reply for a human to review. Our standards for every deployment:

• Disclosure by default. Our assistants introduce themselves as virtual assistants. They are never configured to pretend to be human.
• Humans stay in charge. Email drafts are never auto-sent; leads and messages are handed to the business's team for follow-up.
• Data minimization. Our chat assistants are instructed not to collect medical or health details, and sensitive details are kept out of external alerts and logs by design.
• Healthcare deployments run on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure with signed Business Associate Agreements before any patient data flows.
• No selling data. Ever. Conversation data belongs to the business you talked to, is used only to provide the service, and is shared only with the processors needed to run it (such as the AI model provider) under appropriate agreements.

For a conversation you had with a specific business's assistant, that business is the data controller — contact them directly, or write to us and we'll help route the request.

Your choices

Want to know what we have, or want it deleted? Email us — we'll answer either way within 30 days. This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how client deployments handle data are communicated to clients directly.
